Is it time to update an older Subscribe form? Follow these easy steps to edit your Subscribe forms!
Step 1: Navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Forms. Find the form you need to update and click the Manage Form button.
Step 2: From there, you'll be able to edit the form.
In the top section, you'll be able to update:
- Form Name: The name displayed in your Grow Publisher Portal Subscribe forms list
- Header: The bolded title the reader will see
- Body: Add any additional details here to help capture your readers
- Button: Your call-to-action
- Photo: 1:1 Aspect Ratio is recommended
For Pop Up Subscribe forms, the top section allows you to update the Mobile Form Size.
- Small - floats the Pop Up Subscribe form in the center of the mobile device screen
- Large - fills the mobile device screen
Scrolling down further allows you to adjust:
- Category Targeting: Add or remove categories assigned to Spotlight or Pop Up Subscribe forms for category targeting. (WordPress sites only.)
- Automailer List: Enable or disable sending subscribers from this specific Subscribe form to the Automailer List.
- Form Actions: Add or remove Email Service Provider Form Actions. Form Actions tell Grow where to send your subscribers as it passes them to your Email Service Provider.

Finally, you can expand the Advanced Settings to adjust:
- Subscribe Name Field: Adds an optional First Name field to the Subscribe form.
- Require Name: Makes the First Name field mandatory for all subscribers.
- Languages: Allows you to add custom messaging for your Subscribe form's Header, Body, and Button fields in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Swedish.
Step 3: After you're satisfied with the edits, make sure to Save Changes.
