In Zapier, you have the option to set up a Zap for Subscribe Action Pack by source.
Selecting by source means that the zap would collect all subscribers from the selected Action Pack Item. You can choose to group these “actions” together into one zap or separate them into multiple zaps.
Steps to Select by Source
Step 1: Open the Trigger menu in the Zap editor and choose Grow as your app. Then, select New Subscription as the Event:
Click Continue.
Step 2: Choose Account - If this is your first time setting up a Zap with Grow, you’ll need to grant Zapier permission to connect to Grow.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Use the dropdown menus to set up your Zap trigger.
First, choose your site:
Then choose one of the Action Pack sources for the Subscription Source.
Note: You can set up different zaps for each Action Pack source, or you can select ALL of the sources.
Sources available:

Bookmark Action Pack - After a reader saves a post using the Grow widget save button

Create Action Pack - After a reader favorites using the Create Save Button

Login Action Pack - After a reader logs into a Grow account

Sign Up Action Pack - After a reader signs up for a Grow account

SDK Action Pack - After a reader favorites from Hubbub and/or the WPRM/Tasty Save buttons
Click Continue.
Step 4: Click Test Trigger to test that your selected trigger events will initiate your Zap:
Choose one of the discovered subscription records and click Continue with selected record.
Step 5: Choose your Action application, which will most likely be your Email Service Provider:
Step 6: Set up your Zap Action. We'll be using Flodesk in the following example.
First, you'll choose an app event. In this case, we're creating a new Flodesk subscriber:
Click Continue.
Step 7:Choose your account for your Action app:
Note: You may need to log in or set up some additional settings here. Follow the prompts. It’s different for each application
Click Continue.
Step 8: Follow the prompts to set up the Action.
Many Email Service Provider applications will ask you to verify data fields to ensure subscriber information is correctly passed between Grow and your chosen application, like in this example:
Click Continue.
Step 9: Test your Zap:
Step 10: When the test is successful, click Publish.
