The Zapier integration allows users to connect their Zapier accounts to Grow Subscribe forms, Exclusive Content widgets, Print Pass and Subscribe Action Pack.

Follow the steps below to get Subscribe connected with Zapier.
Step 1: Open the Trigger menu in the Zap editor and choose Grow as your app. Then select New Subscription as your event
Click Continue.
Step 2: Choose Account - If this is your first time setting up a Zap with Grow, you’ll need to grant Zapier permission to connect to Grow.
Click Continue.
Step 3: Use the dropdown menus to set up your Zap trigger.
First, choose your site:
Then, choose your Subscribe Form(s). You can select more than one form in a Zap, which may be useful if several of your Subscribe forms will have the same "action" step in the Zap.
You can also set up your Zap Trigger by source. This means that all emails collected for all Spotlight Subscribe or all Click to Subscribe forms, etc., will get the same action.
Available sources:
- Click to Subscribe
- Email Link - Your Link Share Subscribe forms
- Manual Placement Subscribe
- Pop Up Subscribe
- Spotlight Subscribe
Click Continue.
Step 4: Click Test Trigger to test that your selected trigger events will initiate your Zap:
Choose one of the discovered subscription records and click Continue with selected record.
Step 5: Choose your Action application, which will most likely be your Email Service Provider:
Step 6: Set up your Zap Action. We'll be using Flodesk in the following example.
First, you'll choose an app event. In this case, we're creating a new Flodesk subscriber:
Click Continue.
Step 7: Choose your account for your Action app:
Note: You may need to log in or set up some additional settings here. Follow the prompts. It’s different for each application.
Click Continue.
Step 8: Follow the prompts to set up the Action.
Many Email Service Provider applications will ask you to verify data fields to ensure subscriber information is correctly passed between Grow and your chosen application, like in this example:
Click Continue.
Step 8: Test your step:
Step 9: When the test is successful, click Publish.
