Mailchimp is an Email Service Provider and marketing platform that allows you to create and send emails to your subscribers.
The integration between Grow and Mailchimp will allow you to connect Grow Subscribe forms, Exclusive Content widgets, Print Pass and Subscribe Action Pack to your Mailchimp account.

How to Integrate Mailchimp with Grow Features
Subscribe Forms
Step 1: Step1: Go to Subscribe > Forms and you’ll see all the Subscribe forms you have created.
For each specific form, you’ll be able to add a Form Actions telling Grow where to send that form’s subscribers in Mailchimp. Click Manage Form on the form(s) you want to connect to Mailchimp:
Step 2: On the Subscribe form's settings page, scroll down to the Form Actions section.
Click Add Action to pull up the available Mailchimp Actions:
- If you choose Create New Mailchimp Subscriber, you'll then need to Select Mailchimp Audience from the dropdown menu.
- If you choose Add to Mailchimp Tag, you'll then need to select Select Mailchimp Audience and Select Mailchimp Tag from the dropdown menus.
Step 3: When you’re satisfied with your Mailchimp Form Action, click Complete Action. Then scroll down and click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
NOTE: You’ll need to add Form Actions to each Subscribe Form that appears on your site to ensure all your Grow subscribers are sent to Mailchimp!
Subscribe Action Pack, Print Pass, Smart Lock, and Exclusive Content
Step 1:
- For Subscribe Action Pack: Go to Subscribe > Settings and scroll down to the Subscribe Action Pack section.
- For Print Pass: Go to Grow Settings > Recipe And How-To and scroll down to the Print Pass section.
- For SmartLock: Go to Subscribe > Settings and scroll down to the Smart Lock Actions section.
- For Exclusive Content: Go to Grow Settings > Exclusive Content and scroll down to the Exclusive Content widget you’re adding Form Actions to.
Step 2: Click Add Action to pull up the available Mailchimp Actions.
Step 3: Choose from the available Mailchimp Form Actions: Create New Mailchimp Subscriber or Add to Mailchimp Tag.
- If you choose Create New Mailchimp Subscriber, you'll then need to Select Mailchimp Audience from the dropdown menu.
- If you choose Add to Mailchimp Tag, you'll then need to select Select Mailchimp Audience and Select Mailchimp Tag from the dropdown menus.
Step 4: When you’re satisfied with your Mailchimp Form Action, click Complete Action. Then scroll down and click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
Note: You’ll need to add Form Actions to each Exclusive Content widget that appears on your site to ensure all your Grow subscribers are sent to Mailchimp!
