Grow Publisher Portal allows a single site to have several users. Those users have the ability to access and change different settings depending on their user role. User Permissions can be changed any time to fit the needs of your team.
If you need a refresher on User Permission levels and which settings they can access, click here.
How to Change User Permission Levels
Navigate to the User Permissions tab in the side rail of Grow Publisher Portal. Then, locate the user whose permissions need to be updated and click the pencil icon:
Choose the permission level you would like the user to have, then click Save.
The user will receive an email from Grow alerting them that their User Permissions have been changed.
What if I need to update a user to Site Owner?
There can only be one Site Owner per site in Grow Publisher Portal. If you adjust a current user’s user permissions to Owner, that user and the current Owner will receive an email confirming this permission change.
This will downgrade the current Site Owner to a Site Administrator.
The current owner and the new owner have 7 days to confirm the role changes. If both users do not confirm the role change, the change will not occur.
Buying or Selling your site?
The seller of the site will need to invite a New User into their User Permissions and then change the ownership based on the above instructions.
