Clearing your browser cache can help when you change a setting in your Grow dashboard but aren’t seeing the changes reflected on your live site. Read on to learn how to clear your browser cache on a few of the most popular browsers!
If, after following these instructions, you still aren't seeing Grow features, make sure to clear your CDN cache.
Google Chrome
Navigate to the Settings menu in the upper right-hand corner. Then select 'Settings.'
Navigate to 'Privacy and Security', then click on 'Clear Browsing Data.'
Select 'All time' for the time range on the following pop-up, and deselect 'Cookies and other site data.' Make sure 'Cached images and files' and ‘Browsing History’ remains selected, then click 'Clear data.' Your settings should look similar to the following screenshot:
Safari
Enable Safari’s ‘Developer Tools’ by opening Safari, from the top menu bar selecting Safari > Preferences, clicking Advanced, then selecting “Show Develop menu in menu bar.” (More information on enabling Developer Tools can be found here.)
Navigate to the ‘Develop’ tab ****and click ‘Empty Caches.’
From the top menu, select ‘Safari’, then click ‘Clear History.’
Select ‘all history’ from the drop-down menu, followed by clicking ‘Clear History.’
Firefox
Navigate to the settings menu in the upper right-hand corner, then click on 'Settings.'
Select 'Privacy & Security.' on the left-hand side, followed by scrolling down to 'Cookies and Site Data.' Select 'Clear Data...' and ensure only 'Cached Site Content' is selected. Click 'Clear.'
Microsoft Edge
Navigate to Edge's settings menu in the upper right-hand corner, followed by clicking 'Settings.'
Select 'Privacy, search, and services' on the left-hand side, then scroll down to 'Clear Browsing Data.' Click 'Choose what to clear.'
Deselect 'Download history' and 'cookies and other site data'. We also recommend selecting 'All time' for the time range to ensure that your cache is fully cleared. Once these options are deselected, click 'Clear Now.'
