There could be a few reasons why you're not seeing a Subscribe form(s) on your end:
- You have not designated the Spotlight or Pop Up Subscribe form as your default Spotlight/Pop Up Subscribe form or assigned it to display on specific categories with Category Targeting.
- You have not enabled or chosen which form to display for the Most Valuable Content Subscribe form.
- You are already subscribed to that specific Subscribe form via Grow. If you have already subscribed to a Subscribe form, that form will not show again.
- You have an ad blocker enabled. Be sure to disable any ad blockers you have on your browser or try using an incognito or private browser window.
- If you've added a Manual Placement form, make sure that you've placed the code outside of the first screenview. If the code is in the first screenview, the Manual Placement form will not display.
It's also possible your theme's content selectors are very unique and Grow needs more specific selectors to place your Spotlight Subscribe or Most Valuable Content Subscribe forms. Check out these articles for more on selectors:
