If you have a sticky nav bar or other sticky element on your site, you may see your Spotlight Subscribe form partially hidden by the sticky element or there may not be any breathing room between the bottom of the sticky element and the top of your Spotlight Subscribe form.
The Inview Effect (which increases the height of the Spotlight Subscribe window) can help, specifically if you adjust its vertical offset. This lets push your Spotlight Subscribe form down in its window by specifying a number of pixels as a buffer zone.
Here's a Spotlight Subscribe form with the Inview Effect enabled, its vertical offset at the default pixel count of 0:
The Spotlight Subscribe form scrolls in its window, but it's touching the bottom of the Header Carousel Recommended Content widget.
If we adjust the vertical offset for the Inview Effect, we can add a "buffer zone" between the sticky element and the Spotlight Subscribe form:
With the Inview Effect Offset value defined as a custom value of pixels, we're able to add separation between the sticky element and the Spotlight Subscribe form.
How to Adjust the Inview Effect Offset
Navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Settings and scroll down to the Inview Settings section:
Step 1: Enable the Inview Effect if you have not already done so by clicking the toggle switch.
Step 2: Enter your desired pixel count into the Desktop and Mobile Offset fields. This impacts the vertical offset only. The values do not need to be the same.
Step 3: Click Save Form and then refresh your site to see your new Inview Effect Offset in action!
