Have an opt-in page subscriber automatically enrolled into automailer list

Hello. I have a few opt-in pages on my website to collect emails for my freebies (These URL's are shared on my youtube channel and IG). For those who add in their email info on the opt-in page, is there a way it automatically adds them to my automailer list as well?

I'm using convertkit. 

Right now I'm having to manually go into my convertkit email list and add those from my opt-in page into automailer which is a pain :(

  There is no way to automate adding subscribers from third-party subscribe forms to Automailer. 

  You could replace the forms on your landing pages with Grow's Manual Placement or Click to Subscribe forms and use Subscribe Redirect or Kit Form Actions to deliver your freebies instead, since Grow forms can add subscribers to the Automailer List and send them to your Email Service Provider.

  Ok, thanks for letting me know! Hopefully this is something we can do in the future via zapier
