Subscribe Redirect lets you direct your readers to a specific page or resource after subscribing with a Grow Subscribe form. This feature helps you control where your readers go post-subscription, whether to a thank you page, additional content, etc.

There are a multitude of benefits to Subscribe Redirect. These include:

What You Need to Know
Custom Subscribe Redirect Links can be added to individual Subscribe forms. Redirect links will open in a new tab. Only one redirect link is allowed per form.
Supported Subscribe Form types include:
Allowed Link Types:
- Internal links (pages within your site)
- External links (pages outside your site, including subdomains)
- Links to externally hosted files or downloads (e.g., PDFs, eBooks) These files are not hosted by Grow.
Note: When you add a redirect link to a Subscribe form, the Grow account sign up/login modal will not pop up when readers use that form to Subscribe.
How to add a Subscribe Redirect link to a Subscribe form:
You can set up a Subscribe Redirect link for your Subscribe forms quickly and easily by following these steps.
Step 1: Navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Forms and click Manage Form on the Subscribe form to which you want to add a Subscribe Redirect link.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Form Actions section and click Add New Redirect Link.
Step 3: Enter your internal, external, or downloadable file URL in the Link field. Then click Complete Action.
You’re all set! Your Subscribe Redirect link will be applied to your Subscribe form, directing your readers to the URL you specified.
