Our newest Email Service Provider Integration, GRO (formerly Grocer's List), requires a GRO email account and GRO API Key to connect. For more information on how to integration Grow and GRO, check out our step-by-step guide here.
Do I need a paid GRO plan?
No. GRO Email is available on GRO's free plan and is billed by number of contacts. Advanced Tracking requires a GRO Pro plan
I use GRO for DMs but send my newsletter from another Email Service Provider. Which integration should I use?
Use the Grow integration for the platform that sends your newsletter. If you're moving your newsletter to GRO, switch your Form Actions to GRO when you're ready. GRO offers help moving your list; contact support@gro.co.
If you send emails from GRO and another Email Service Provider, you’re able to add Form Actions from each integrated Email Service Provider to your Grow conversion tools at the same time. For example, you are able to have a GRO Form Action and a Kit Form Action on the same Subscribe Form.
Why don't I see my Tag in Grow?
Grow only shows Tags you created in GRO. Tags imported from another email provider and GRO's internal Tags aren't available. Create the Tag in GRO, then return to Grow Publisher Portal. If you still don't see your new GRO tag, refresh your Grow Publisher Portal browser window.
A Grow subscriber isn't receiving my GRO emails. Why?
If someone previously unsubscribed from your GRO emails, subscribing through a Grow conversion tool (Subscribe forms, Print Pass, Exclusive Content widgets, etc.) won't resubscribe them. This protects your compliance with email consent rules. They can resubscribe through one of your own GRO forms.
Will my existing Grow subscribers be sent to GRO when I set up my integration?
No. Only subscribers who sign up after you add a GRO Form Action are sent to GRO. To add existing Grow subscribers to GRO, download your Subscriber CSV file and import it into GRO.
What happens if I revoke or lose my API key?
Grow stops sending subscribers to GRO. Create a new key in GRO under Settings Developer API keys, then add it in Grow Publisher Portal Grow Settings Integration and click Save Changes.
Does Grow send subscriber names to GRO?
