How to Enable
Step 1: Enable Automailer (if you haven't done so already!)
Step 2: Navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Automailer > Automailer Settings; scroll down and click "Import Subscriber CSV":
Step 3: Check the box to confirm that you have consent to email your subscribers, then click "Get Started":
Step 4: Click "Browse" to upload your CSV, or simply click and drag the CSV file into the importer:
Step 5: Confirm that the fields in the importer match up with the labels in your CSV file (you can find these labels along the top row in your CSV), then click "Import CSV List":
Step 6: You're all set! 🙌
Frequently Asked Questions
Will Automailer emails send after import?
Yes! The imported list will be batched into the Automailer List for your site. Once batching is complete, your subscribers will begin receiving Automailer emails each week.
Will batching occur for these subscribers?
Yes; as of right now, all of the subscribers imported will be batched into your Automailer List.
Will I have a history of what I've already uploaded?
There is an import history section that displays after importing your list; you will see this list again when you open up the importer feature.
What happens if a subscriber (in the CSV) does not have a country code or IP address?
If there is no country code or IP address present, Grow will still import the subscribers. However, they will receive a double opt-in email to confirm their subscription first. Once confirmed, those subscribers will begin receiving Automailer emails.
