Automailer is a feature that puts weekly emails on autopilot. Instead of manually crafting and sending each email, Automailer will handle the process for you! This makes it easier to stay in touch with your audience without the effort and time that entails.
✋ Before you adjust Automailer settings, learn more about this feature here.

Global Automailer Settings
The Global Automailer Setting will act as the "On and Off" switch for sending the Automailer, or think of it as a "Pause" switch if you ever need to stop sending the Automailer.
This setting can be found by navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Automailer > Automailer Settings:
Automailer Appearance
You can adjust Appearance Settings by going to Grow Publisher Portal > Automailer > Automailer Settings:
These settings allow you to
- Upload your site's logo
- Adjust the sender of your Automailer email
- Add the email address your readers will reply to
Mailing Address
You can add or edit your mailing address by navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Automailer > Automailer Settings then scroll down to the Mailing Address module:
A physical address is required in order for Automailer to run on your site.
Preview Email, Import Subscriber CSV, & Export Subscribed Email Addresses
These buttons can be used to preview the Automailer email, import a Subscriber CSV file from your Email Service Provider, and to export your current Automailer List into a single .CSV file.
Be sure to click "Save Changes" after making adjustments to your Automailer settings!
Why Am I Seeing a Notice on my Preview Email?
You may see this yellow banner pop up when using the Automailer Preview feature:
This just means that Grow is still getting to know your site and will need to collect more information before displaying an Automailer preview accurately. You may see this notice if:
- You recently enabled Grow
- There was no new content to pull from your site over the last 24 hours (which means Grow will use general content from your site for the Preview Email)
