Automailer is a feature that puts weekly emails on autopilot. Instead of manually crafting and sending each email, Automailer will handle the process for you! This makes it easier to stay in touch with your audience without the effort and time that entails.

General Settings
Navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Automailer > Automailer Settings will allow you to access your Automailer settings:
- Enable Global Automailer Sending: This is your On/Off switch for Automailer. When you enable this setting, Automailer emails will be sent weekly to subscribers on your Automailer List. You can disable this setting if you wish to stop sending Automailer emails.
-
Automailer Frequency: This setting allows you to adjust the frequency at which your Automailer emails are sent. By default, Automailer emails will be sent weekly (one email per week), but you can also choose:
-
-
- Biweekly (one email every two weeks)
- Monthly (one email every four weeks)
- Every 3 days
- Every other day
- Daily
-
-
When you change your Automailer Frequency, a notice of the frequency change will be added to the next Automailer email sent to your subscribers. This notice appears at the bottom of the Automailer email.
-
Sync Unsubscribers: This setting syncs your Automailer List with your support Email Service Provider’s mailing list after you have integrated Grow with your Email Service Provider. Unsubscribers from your Automailer List are removed from your Email Service Provider List and unsubscribers from your Email Service Provider list are removed from the Automailer List when this setting is enabled.
Find out more on our supported Email Service Provider Integrations here. - Import Subscribers: This allows you to upload a CSV file of subscribers to your Automailer List, allowing them to receive Automailer Emails.
- Download Subscribers: This allows you to download your Automailer List. You are able to download the entire Automailer List of all time subscribers or just the new subscribers since the last time you downloaded your Automailer List.

Why Am I Seeing a Notice on my Preview Email?
You may see this yellow banner pop up when using the Automailer Preview feature:
This just means that Grow is still getting to know your site and will need to collect more information before displaying an Automailer preview accurately. You may see this notice if:
- You recently enabled Grow
- There was no new content to pull from your site over the last 24 hours (which means Grow will use general content from your site for the Preview Email)
