    Thanks for sharing that!

I see your default Spotlight Subscribe form appearing 15% of the way into content as expected. Since you have chosen single form density, this is the only in-content placement that should populate.

As your other active form is also a Spotlight Subscribe form, it will not appear anywhere unless it's designated as the default Spotlight Subscribe form, assigned to appear in posts in specific categories via Category Targeting, selected as the additional form featured by Multi Form Density, or chosen as the Most Valuable Content form when that placement is enabled in Subscribe Settings.

When you check in an incognito window, are you logging into Grow before viewing your posts, or are you scrolling to the area where you'd expect the Spotlight Subscribe form to appear before the Grow widget loads on the site? You might be bypassing the placement if you scroll quickly, in which case the Subscribe form should load lower in the post content area as you scroll; if you scroll beyond the content area before Grow loads, your Spotlight Subscribe form may not be able to load.

    Thanks for replying.

I can now see the spotlight subscribe form. Interestingly, between my question and your answer, I updated to the newest version of WordPress and afterwards could immediately see the form, maybe a coincidence?

To follow up on my 2nd question, is there a way to stop the subscribe form from showing to people who have already signed up? I was just testing my form, and immediately after I signed up, the form was shown to me numerous times as I navigated the site. I imagine this would be quite irritating to a new subscriber.

    Thanks again

The WordPress update could possibly be related, but it sounds more like a coincidence. Did you clear your cache as part of the update, maybe? That could have resolved things.

You should not be asked to Subscribe to a form after signing up unless you clear your browser cache, but if you do not log into or create a Grow account the confirmation message asking you to sign up for a Grow account will display in place of the Subscribe form. This is the current intended behavior and what I see when subscribing to your Spotlight Subscribe form.

I think my cache may have been cleared. However, I'm pretty certain it was my subscriber form that appeared more than once after I signed up and not a Grow account message. I'm not sure how I can test this?

You can test in an incognito window or different browser or by logging out of Grow. This way, your email address will not be saved in the browser and Grow will not recognize you as having previously subscribed.
