Automailer Subscribe Differences
So, the two places you can see subscribers in the Automailer has always been completely different. Off by hundreds. My Kit subscribers matches the higher count. But I'm worried that I have hundreds of other subscribers who aren't receiving my automailer because for some reason they aren't showing.
In my Automailer insights it shows a total of 3574 subscribers. But when I look at Automailer settings it shows a total of 4208 subscribers. My settings are set up to add people who sign up automatically to my Automailer list. So there shouldn't be a discrepancy, much less this large.
https://help.grow.me/hc/en-us/articles/7008296831515-How-to-Import-Users-into-Grow I read this article and it shows an “import data” option below integrations tab and I do not have this available in my accounts. Am I missing something?

Hey Julie,
The Automailer Insights tab shows you all-time subscriber data from the moment you installed Automailer and will include unsubscribes. You can read more about discrepancies between Automailer Insights and Automailer Settings here: Why is the subscriber count in Automailer Insights different than the number listed on my Subscriber CSV File/Subscribe Settings page?
Additionally, non-US subscribers or subscribers who are imported to your Automailer List without a country code are asked to confirm the subscription via Automailer's double opt-in email. If they do not confirm this subscription, they will not receive Automailer emails and will not be counted in Automailer Insights. Auotomailer Insights counts active subscribers only; these unconfirmed subscribers are listed in your full Automailer List.
- If you download your Automailer List CSV, you'll see the fields “AutomailerDoubleOptInRequired” and “DoubleOptInConfirmed.” If both fields for an email address are “TRUE,” that subscriber is receiving Automailer emails. If “Required” is “TRUE” and “Confirmed” is “FALSE,” that subscribers is not receiving Automailer emails and is not included in Automailer Insights.
The Import Data setting is used to import user favorites data from other engagement suites when switching to Grow. It can only be used to import user favorite data from Slickstream or WP Cultivate. It does not impact your Grow Subscribe CSV or Automailer List. It is available by request only.
