Help Needed: Unable to Change Account Email After Skiff Shutdown
AnsweredHi everyone,
I created account on Grow using my Skiff email. However, since Skiff has shut down, I'm unable to change my account's email or update any of the settings. I still have my login ID and password, but I'm stuck with the Skiff email as my primary contact.
Does anyone know how I can update my account email or resolve this issue now that Skiff is no longer operational? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Vaibhav,
If you have a new email address you'd like to use for Grow Publisher Portal, you can add it as a new user in the User Permissions tab. You can then edit the user roles for each email and transfer ownership.
