There is a problem with your connectivity - Issue
AnsweredHello,
I have installed the script manually on my website, however I'm still getting the “There is a problem with your connectivity” message. I'm currently with Ezoic but all optimizations (minifying etc…) are disabled. How can I solve this?
Thanks,

Hey Gosvami,
It could be related to your manual installation method. If you installed outside of our recommendations in these articles, your installation method may be what's preventing Grow from detecting its scripts.

If your site is on WordPress, we recommend using the Grow for WordPress plugin to install Grow's scripts on your site!

Hi Ben,
You can check the site here : ********.com
It's not on WordPress, SquareSpace or blogger, that's why I had to do a manual installation. On my dashboard, I see the URL as “https://***********.com” without the www, while on the site we do use the www version. Do you think that this might be causing the issue?

There is no issue in Grow Publisher Portal not displaying the www. in the domain. Grow will work regardless of this.
It looks like something is deferring Grow's scripts on your site. You'll need to exclude Grow from any plugins, add-ons, security settings, etc. that defer, optimze, or minify javascript. This article should help with that: Grow: Conflicts and Compatibilities

We have disabled all minifying, deferring etc… Yet, It's not connecting :(

It's possible some security or firewall settings are preventing Grow from detecting its scripts. You may need to allowlist Grow's user agent as outlined in this paragraph.
If that doesn't work, it seems likely the placement of your Grow scripts isn't visible to Grow. We aren't able to assist with site-specific script installation, but your host may be able to or your tech help!
