Using Exclusive Content locks specific content on your site behind a free, subscriber-only wall. This allows you to grow your mailing list and encourages your readers to create a Grow account. Read on to see the flow of what a reader will see when they encounter Exclusive Content on your site!

US Readers

When scrolling a post, your reader will come across the section locked behind your Exclusive Content widget, similar to the screenshot below:

Once they have clicked the button to unlock the Exclusive Content, they can either create a new Grow account or log into an existing Grow account. 

By signing up and/or logging in, the reader is also giving consent to being subscribed to your site's newsletter. 

Readers who are logged into their Grow account and Subscribed to your site can access all Exclusive Content on your site.

EU Readers

When scrolling a post, your reader will come across the section locked behind your Exclusive Content widget, similar to the screenshot below:

To unlock the Exclusive Content, the reader has two options: 

Option 1: Sign up for a Grow account/log into an existing Grow account

This will allow them to see all of your exclusive content once they've created and/or logged into a Grow account.

As a final step, EU readers will also have to fill out the consent options to complete their Grow account registration. 

Option 2: Bypass creating a Grow account by using the View Content link

Clicking the View Content link below the Exclusive Content modal will automatically unlock the content but only on the post the reader is currently viewing. They will need to unlock Exclusive Content on other posts individually when using the View Content link.
