Click to Subscribe will allow you to place CSS code on an element on your site that once clicked, will display a Pop Up Subscribe form!
How to Set Up Click to Subscribe
Step 1: Copy the Click to Subscribe Code
Depending on whether you are looking for the Click to Subscribe code from an already created form or if you are creating a new form, you’ll find the code in a few places.
- If you are looking at an already existing Click to Subscribe form, you can find this code by navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Select the Click to Subscribe Form > Manage Form. From there simply copy the Click to Subscribe class code.
- If you are looking to create a new Click to Subscribe form, you’ll first need to create that new form. Navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Click the Add New Form button. This will open up the set-up wizard that will walk you through creating a new form; the last screen will display your code - don’t forget to copy the code! If you miss copying it from that step, follow the above path to find the code again.
(The images above are just examples. You will have your own unique code to copy for each Click to Subscribe form you create.)

From here you'll want to make sure that CSS Classes is selected via the checkbox.
Step 3: Add A Custom Link to your Menu
1 - For the URL field, input #subscribe.

3 - Finally, click "Add to Menu".
Step 4: Add a CSS Class
You'll next want to navigate to the custom link menu section. Once here, you'll want to add the class that is provided for you under the Click to Subscribe section in your Grow settings, to the CSS Class field. This will trigger the pop-up subscribe form for Grow once you click the link in your menu.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Menu". You should now see a new Menu option on your site - yay!

You’re done! You should see a pop-up subscribe widget when a user clicks your photo.

Step 2: click on the text block itself and go to the Advanced section on the right-hand side of the screen
