Grow Connection not sending subscribers to Kit

    Grow supports automatically sending Grow Subscribers to Kit via Form Actions and Action Pack Actions.

    There are no limitation settings regarding ESP integrations.

    There are no known issues with the Kit integration.

    To troubleshoot, we recommend removing your Kit integration (fully removing your API Key and saving) and any Kit Form Actions or Action Pack Actions. Then, set up your Kit integration again, including all applicable Actions. Be sure you are using the Secret API Key.

    Tried this (again) now the pop up is not showing up on my site at all to test. How long do I need to wait for it to come back?

    If you are already subscribed to a form and signed into a Grow account, it is removed from view. You can check in another browser or incognito window and should be able to subscribe to your form.

    What is your domain? Are you attempting to subscribe with email addresses that have already been added to Kit, even if they are currently unsubscribed in Kit?

    You do not currently have any Kit Actions on Subscribe Action Pack, so if the subscribers you were not seeing arrive in Kit were signing up through Subscribe Action Pack that could be why they did not transfer. Every conversion tool that is active on your site needs Form Actions to tell Grow where to send subscribers in your connected ESP.

    It also looks like you're using WP Rocket, which may be impacting Grow's scripts. If you have not excluded Grow from WP Rocket's javascript optimizations, you should do so.
