    Hi Julie,

    The Import Data feature needs to be enabled on the backend. If you refresh Grow Publisher Portal, you should now see it available under your Grow Settings section!

Journey Support is exclusively available in the Journey Community.


Any questions pertaining to Journey by Mediavine applications, onboarding, payments, ad performance, and troubleshooting should be made there. Journey Support is not available in the Grow Community. Requests made in the Grow Community pertaining to Journey will not receive a response.
