Render events suddenly showing up in GA4

Hi!
I recently downloaded a new theme to use on my website, and all of a sudden, I'm seeing these new events pop up in my GA4 called “render”which appear to be coming from growme. My daily sessions have also increased by a lot since this started happening so I wanted to check that this isn't affecting me overall sessions?
What do these mean?

“Render” refers to Grow loading on your site; it has no impact on your total sessions or traffic.
