Removing "internet-based advertising" checkbox from subscribe

Is there a way to remove this checkbox and language from my spotlight subscribe forms?

“I agree to my personal data being used for interest-based advertising as outlined in the Privacy Notice.”

I believe the language used here is new or the position of the text changed--or possibly both. My subscriber rate is down recently and I believe this could be to blame.

    Hey Michelle!

    It is not possible to remove the reader consents from Grow's Subscribe forms as one of Grow's primary functions is to obtain first-party data.

    The consents were recently updated to ensure they were complaint with international privacy regulations. We do extensive testing before releasing any updates to Grow and, in all of our A/B tests, found that the current placement of the consent messaging does not significantly impact conversion rates, especially since readers located in countries that see the opt-in box do not need to opt-in to Subscribe.
