    Hey there!

    You can download your Grow Subscriber CSV under Subscribe > Settings by clicking the Export Subscribers button. This will include all users who subscribe via any of Grow's conversion tools, like Subscirbe forms, Subscribe Action Pack, Exclusive Content, etc. Grow will always collect subscribers here even when an Email Service Provider Integration is set up.

    As far as your ConvertKit integration goes, it looks like you've set up the Integration itself. However, you have only added ConvertKit Form Actions to Subscribe Action Pack. Your Subscribe Form does not have any Form Actions. This means only users who subscribe through Subscribe Action Pack will be passed to ConvertKit.

    Every individual conversion tool needs Form Actions to tell Grow where to send your subscribers in your ESP. You can add Form Actions to your Subscribe forms by going to Subscribe > Forms and then clicking Manage Form on any Subscribe form. Scroll down to the Form Actions section to begin to add the Form Actions.
