    Hey Rebecca!

    Grow has a set refresh cycle for the post bookmarks it serves in its features. This cycle is based on the age of the posts, so it's likely Grow has yet to update/purge the drafted posts since you unpublished them.

    To prevent posts that have been set to draft or deleted from appearing in Grow features, like Recommended Contnet and Automailer, you'll want to clear your site's cache and caching plugins after changing the post publication status and then navigate to Grow Publisher Portal > Recommended Content and click the Refresh Posts button. This forces Grow to check over post bookmarks and update/purge them as needed. This process can take up to 24 hours.
