Is there a way I can see which posts people have signed up to my list on via Grow?

Hi Holly!

If you download your Grow CSV file under Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Settings, the CSV itself includes a Conversion URL field. This should record the URL of the post or page each subscriber is on when they sign up!
