Transfer share count

I have a current social share plugin on Wordpress, but would like to use Grow.

However, I have posts with thousands of shares that show this share count.

If I move to Grow, these will go back to 0, which won't encourage people to share. Oftentimes, people like to share content that has already been shared a lot.

Is there a way to transfer the share count of my posts to Grow, or have a manual override of share counts?

  Grow itself is not a social sharing plugin, though it does allow easy shares to Facebook and Pinterest and the Copy Link button provides short URLs to share on other platforms.

  Currently the only way to display a post or page's non-Grow shares in Grow is by using the Hubbub social sharing plugin (either Hubbub Lite or Hubbub Pro). Click here for more information on Hubbub!
