    Hey Domagoj! I'm not seeing the script on your site currently; would you mind clearing your caches and/or caching plugins on the backend of your site to see if that helps resolve the connectivity issue for you?

    Hi Ashley. Thank you for your reply.

    I resolved the issue now. After trying to clear the cache numerous times I figured out that the problem is that Autoptimize plugin is minifying my scripts. So then I added this script in exclusion policy in Autoptimize and now everything works.

    Hi Ashley,

    Just one more question - do I need to have Grow widget, subscriber form and other things enabled for the Journey Application? Does this have an impact to Mediavine application status?

    Hey Domagoj! I'm glad you were able to get the script issue squared away. :)

    The Grow widget itself is a requirement (you can change the size and theme of it if you'd like - more about that here and here), but aside from that, the features you enable are totally up to your discretion.

Any questions pertaining to Journey by Mediavine applications, onboarding, payments, ad performance, and troubleshooting should be made there. Journey Support is not available in the Grow Community. Requests made in the Grow Community pertaining to Journey will not receive a response.
