Kit is an Email Service Provider and marketing platform that allows you to create and send emails to your subscribers.
The integration between Grow and Kit will allow you to connect Grow Subscribe forms, Exclusive Content widgets, Print Pass, SmartLock, and Subscribe Action Pack to your ConvertKit account.

Navigate to Grow Settings > Integrations and add your Kit Secret API Key. This is an important step as it connects Grow to your Kit account.

How to Integrate Kit with Grow Features
Subscribe Forms
Step 1: Go to Subscribe > Forms and you'll see all the Subscribe forms you've created.
For each specific Subscribe form, you’ll be able to add a Form Action telling Grow where to send that form's subscribers in Kit. Click Manage Form on the form(s) you want to connect to Kit:
Step 2: On the Subscribe form's settings page, scroll down to the Form Actions section.
Click Add Action to pull up the available Kit Actions:

Add to Kit Form will send the Subscribe to Kit as if they had subscribed using your Kit form. Anything tied to that Kit form – like tags or email sequences – will be applied to your Grow subscriber.

Add to Kit Sequence adds your Grow Subscriber to the chosen email sequence in Kit, allowing them to receive all the emails in the sequence.
- Add to Kit Tag sends your Grow Subscriber to the chosen Kit Tag, allowing you to organize your subscribers in Kit.
Step 4: When you’re satisfied with your Kit Form Actions click Complete Action. Then scroll down and click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
Note: You’ll want to add Form Actions to each Subscribe form that appears on your site to ensure all your Grow subscribers are sent to Kit!
Subscribe Action Pack, Print Pass, Smart Lock, and Exclusive Content
Step 1:
- For Subscribe Action Pack: Go to Subscribe > Settings and scroll down to the Subscribe Action Pack section.
- For Print Pass: Go to Grow Settings > Recipe And How-To and scroll down to the Print Pass section.
- For SmartLock: Go to Subscribe > Settings and scroll down to the Smart Lock Actions section.
- For Exclusive Content: Go to Grow Settings > Exclusive Content and scroll down to the Exclusive Content widget you’re adding Form Actions to.
Step 2: Click Add Action to pull up the available Kit Actions.
Step 3: Choose from the available Kit Actions to send your Grow Subscribers to the appropriate Kit Form, Sequence, or Tag.
