Print Pass subscribers lost during Mailchimp disconnect — any way to recover them?
AnsweredSite: pestoandpotatoes.com
My Mailchimp connection to Grow got disconnected at some point, and I've since reconnected it. My last confirmed successful sync to Mailchimp was on May 26, 2026 — I'm not sure exactly when the disconnect happened after that or how long it lasted before I reconnected.
Print Pass is enabled on my site (locks recipe/how-to card printing until the reader subscribes), with an action set to add subscribers to my “Pesto & Potatoes” Mailchimp audience and tag them “Grow - Print Pass.” I'm trying to figure out:
1. Were Print Pass email submissions collected during the disconnected window queued and sent once I reconnected, or were they dropped entirely?
2. Is there any log or export within Grow (outside of what already synced to Mailchimp) where I could see or recover those emails?
3. Is there a way to know exactly when the disconnect happened, so I can estimate how many subscribers may be missing?
Any help figuring out what's recoverable would be appreciated!

Your Grow subscribers from all conversion tools are always collected in the Grow Subscriber CSV even when an ESP integration is set up. You can download that list under Subscribe > Settings.
