Subscribe form not rendering

    When a user is logged into Grow, the email entry field is hidden from view because Grow has their email address stored in the session. It is auto-populated to the form for you, making it easy to subscribe by just clicking the Subscribe button.

    After a Subscribe form has been used, it is hidden from logged in users. This is to ensure they aren't confused or frustrated by a form they've already signed up continuing to prompt them to subscribe. The exception are Link Share forms, which allow users to enter their email addresses continually in order to send themselves links to the post they are viewing.
