Newsletter Form not registering subscribers

The newsletter signup form isn't working right. If I sign up (using incognito mode) the email address used does not receive a confirmation email and does not get registered by Mailerlite. Sometimes a pop-up to create an account for Grow itself shows up instead. How could I fix this?

    Check that your MailerLite API Key is correct, then make sure you have Form Actions on every Grow conversion tool (Subscribe forms, Subscribe Action Pack, Print Pass, Exclusive Content, etc.). Form Actions tell Grow where to send your subscriber in your integrated ESP. Without them, subscribers will not be sent from Grow.
