Disable HTML code not working

I have inserted the code to disable all grow elements, but ads are still showing on a page I really don't want ads on. How do I fix this?

If you're serving ads and have ad settings in Grow Publisher Portal, those are Journey ads. The code is located in your Journey settings. The disable Grow code is for Grow features only, which are not ads.

Though Journey requires Grow to measure a site's data, they are separate products with dedicated Support Teams. For Journey questions, concerns, and troubleshooting, you'll need to contact the Journey Team in the Journey Community.
