Where do I find the code to embed my Sibscribe form on my site?

Only Manual Placement forms have HTML div codes available for embedding into sites. If you have not created a Manual Placement for, you will need to do that first.

The embed code is provided as part of the New Subscribe Form Wizard and is also available on the Manage Form page for any Manual Placement form.
