Can't Turn On Spotlight Without Pop Up

I would like to use the subscribe Spotlight function, but not the Pop Up. But, if I turn on Spotlight, the Pop Up is on as well. I have tried a dozen or more times, but can't get the Spotlight on its own.

  Hi Judith,

  You should set your default Pop Up Subscribe form to “None” in Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Settings.
