Hi Wojciech,
Your Spotlight Subscribe form is loading below post content. If you're not seeing that happen, it's possible Grow hasn't fully loaded by the time you scroll through your posts (it will wait for all other elements on the page to load before it does) or you may be Subscribe to your form already. An incognito window can help you check to see if forms are present, just hidden from your view as a subscriber.
Grow is also being optimized by WP Rocket, which can delay its loading since it's already naturally lazy loaded. You should exclude Grow from WP Rocket's JavaScript optimizations. This article can help.
Since your Spotlight Subscribe forms aren't appearing in the content area, it's likely that Grow needs a custom content selector to place in-content features inside your content areas. We cannot assist in defining the custom content selector, but this article can help. -
But I see subscribe form on wakacjenafali.com.pl but on other sites no, all sites are the same, wordpress, elementor etc. so why I dont see subscribe form on other domains? I checked in incognito mode

It's likely your Journey ads scripts, which have divbusters that help your ads populate in nested divs common with page builders like Elementor, that helps your Spotlight Subscribe form appear on that site and not the others that are not monetized by Journey.
Excluding Grow from WP Rocket, clearing your site's cache and any caching plugins, and defining custom content selectors should help on the other domains.0
