Include previously excluded URls

I have a seasonal website and have excluded URLs that are currently out of season. When the excluded season arrives I want those seasonal URLs to be featured in the mailings,  This is Important! 
I'm asking if that can be done, otherwise, automailer is of no value to me

    You're able to include excluded posts at any time in Grow Publisher Portal > Grow Settings > Recommended Content. You'll just need to click “Include” on the excluded posts in the list under Pages to Exclude.

    I have several hundred URLs in the exclude list. Scrolling all these URLs to find the one that I want is time-consuming. Is there a way that I can search with a keyword that takes me to the URLs related to that keyword?

    Yes, you can search for specific posts/keywords in the Pages to Exclude Search field. This will narrow down the posts available to exclude.
