Print Pass and WPRM
AnsweredI've searched the help docs on Grow.me, WRPM site and the respective fb groups and cannot figure out why Print Pass is not working with WPRM on my site. I have print pass enabled on Grow.me. I have the Grow block in the recipe template and have selected that template as my recipe card. I'm in the process of moving to WPRM and have only done one recipe at this time (https://creativesimpleliving.com/3-simple-ways-of-drying-basil-at-home/)

Hey there!
I see Print Pass working just as intended on your site in the post you linked and all other posts. Print Pass just needs to be enabled in Grow Publisher Portal under Grow Settings > Recipe and How-To to function with compatible recipe card plugins, like WordPress Recipe Maker.
What you might be experiencing is the intended behavior of Print Pass. If you are already subscribed to your content and logged into your Grow account, you will not be asked to subscribe on a print recipe page. This is to reward loyal subscribers who are Grow users and ensure they have the best user experience. Testing in an incognito window or on a browser or device where you are not signed into Grow should allow you to see the Print Pass modal. You might also be trying to print using the WPRM snippet button at the top of the post. Print Pass is only compatible with the recipe card print button. We recommend removing the top-of-post WPRM snippet print button so you can encourage more readers to become subscribers.
