Missing Save Recipe Button on Recipe Card

Hi, I have been trying to setup my save recipe button my recipe card (WPRM), however it isn't showing up even though I enabled it in the grow settings and I added the save button to my recipe card template. Please help.

This is how my recipe card is showing up when I view my posts. 

 

I've enabled the create card save button in the settings in grow as you can see here. 

 

This is a preview of my template in wprm. As you can see the save recipe button is present.

  The Grow Publisher Portal setting for recipe card save buttons only applies for Create Cards. You'll need to follow WordPress Recipe Maker's instructions for adding the Save Button to your recipe card. 

  It's possible you need to choose the template you've added the Save Button to as your default recipe card, but Wordpress Recipe Maker support should be able to give you more specific assistance.
