Spotlight Subscribe not showing on desktop

My Spotlight Subscribe forms show up on mobile but not on desktop. What can I do to get them to show up on desktop?

  It sounds like you're signed into Grow and subscribed to your Spotlight Subscribe form already on desktop but not on mobile. Have you tried browsing your site in an incognito or private browser window on desktop?

  Ahhh yes, you are right. It's working when I am logged out.
