Subscribe scroll and pop up disappeared from posts
Hi,
I had several Grow widgets working perfectly on my website, including Spotlight Subscribe, Recommended Contact, the Heart and Share widget, and the Subscribe pop-up when users logged in. However, in the past few days, all of them have disappeared.
I’ve already re-copied and installed the Grow Script into my site’s header, but they’re still not showing. I'm not sure what else to try at this point — can you help me troubleshoot this?
Thank you!

Hey there!
It looks like there are seven instances of Grow's scripts in your site's source, which is likely the cause of the issue. There are too many instances of the script creating too many endpoints so Grow isn't able to detect itself.
Are you running the Grow for WordPress plugin alongside the manually installed scripts? If so, I'd recommend removing the manual scripts then clearing your site's cache and any caching plugins. If not, you'll want to check your theme's head section, script injection plugs, etc. to make sure you only have one instance of your Grow scripts added to your site, then clear your cache and caching plugins.0 -
Thank you, where do I see/check the seven instances of Grow's scripts on my website's source? I am not sure where to check this.

If you use your browser to view your site's source, it will show you the instances of Grow's scripts. You can search for “data-grow-initializer” when viewing the source, though this won't necessarily point to how or where the scripts are installed if you're using script injection plugins or similar methods to manually add the scripts.

I checked the source code on one of my homepage pages and searched for “data-grow-initializer” — it only appears once. Can you clarify where you're seeing it show up seven times?
I only pasted the Grow script once into my header.

I am sorry for the delay – I was out of office.
I'm not sure what happened (perhaps scheduled cache clearing), but I only see the initializer script appearing once now as well, and across multiple posts. However, that script does appear at the very bottom of the body section in your site's source. It should appear between the <head></head> tags if you've only pasted it in the header.
If you have your Grow scripts installed via the Grow for WordPress plugin, you should remove the manual scripts from the header and clear your cache. Only one instance of Grow scripts should be installed at a time, so either the manual installation or the plugin.0 -
Thank you! I do have the Grow plugin on WordPress. I went ahead and deleted the script from the header and cleared my cache, but the subscribe pop-up still doesn't work. I am at a loss. Is there anything weird with my Grow account set up? I triple-checked it all, and it seems to look fine.

It sounds like there's a plugin conflict or script optimization preventing Grow from loading now. It's possible JetPack is optimizing Grow, so excluding Grow from its JavaScript optimizations could help.
If that doesn't work, you can check for plugin conflicts by disabling your plugins one by one and checking your site to see if Grow loads when a specific plugin is disabled.0
