Subscribe does not work
AnsweredHi, my subscribe does not work. When I turn it on, yes, I can see the boxes on a blog post, but when I enter an email address, nothing happens. It says that I subscribed, but the email does not go to my Mailchimp Contacts. Additionally, the new contact does not receive the auto-email that should come with it, stating that they will get a free packing guide. The URL is jetsetandforget.com. I have a Mailchimp pop-up currently, and when you subscribe, you get an email with a packing list. I want to mimic the same behavior on Grow, is that possible? I have it off currently as I do not want to lose any sign ups while we fix this. Thanks

Hi Gina,
It looks like your Spotlight Subscribe form has a Mailchimp Form Action that adds them to the Mailchimp Audience “Jet Set and Forget Newsletter.” This means anyone who signs up with that form should be added to that Mailchimp audience and then any automations attached to that audience in Mailchimp should be triggered.
You may want to double check what automations are tied to that Mailchimp audience or reach out to Mailchimp Support for further insight.
If you have double opt-in enabled in Mailchimp, Grow won't send subscribers through until they have confirmed the subscription via the double opt-in email sent by Mailchimp. That could possibly be impacting things as well.0
