    Hi Gina,

    It looks like your Spotlight Subscribe form has a Mailchimp Form Action that adds them to the Mailchimp Audience “Jet Set and Forget Newsletter.” This means anyone who signs up with that form should be added to that Mailchimp audience and then any automations attached to that audience in Mailchimp should be triggered.

    You may want to double check what automations are tied to that Mailchimp audience or reach out to Mailchimp Support for further insight.

    If you have double opt-in enabled in Mailchimp, Grow won't send subscribers through until they have confirmed the subscription via the double opt-in email sent by Mailchimp. That could possibly be impacting things as well.
