Print Pass Reader Signup - Email Subscription Failed - Invalid Signature
I have received an email from a reader trying to signup up to print recipes with Print Pass but is unable to sign up. When they type their email address in the signup block, they get the error message “Email Subscription failed - please try again. Invalid Signature”. They tried many more times with the same message. Some details: surface pro tablet, running chrome, computer restarted after trying a couple of times with no change in block response. Reader was able to sign in through their iPhone but can not through their computer. Please let me know what may be the issue and if there is anything the user can do to overcome this issue. Thank you!

It sounds like this could be related to a browser extension the reader is running or perhaps a server timeout. You might have them try subscribing on their Surface Pro using an incognito window to see if that helps!0 -
Hi, I just had a message about the same issue. She is using a gmail address and it looks like she was added to my email subscriptions but she can't access the Exclusive Content.
The error message she gets is “Email subscription failed. Please try again.”

I would also ask this reader to try using an incognito window to see if they have more luck. They might also try either signing into or creating a Grow reader account at app.grow.me prior to accessing your site to ensure Grow is able to detect their email address in the browser.
If they have strict privacy settings enabled or pop up/ad blockers running, trying a different browser without those could help as well.0 -
Thanks! They emailed and said they got in. Not sure if they tried the grow.me login, which I suggested as a fix based on a prior problem with someone not setting a password. Appreciate the quick response!
