Print Pass Reader Signup - Email Subscription Failed - Invalid Signature
I have received an email from a reader trying to signup up to print recipes with Print Pass but is unable to sign up. When they type their email address in the signup block, they get the error message “Email Subscription failed - please try again. Invalid Signature”. They tried many more times with the same message. Some details: surface pro tablet, running chrome, computer restarted after trying a couple of times with no change in block response. Reader was able to sign in through their iPhone but can not through their computer. Please let me know what may be the issue and if there is anything the user can do to overcome this issue. Thank you!

It sounds like this could be related to a browser extension the reader is running or perhaps a server timeout. You might have them try subscribing on their Surface Pro using an incognito window to see if that helps!0
