    Hey Marina,

    It looks like you're running PerfMatters on your site. Do you have the Fast Click setting enabled?

    We've seen that PerfMatters' Fast Click leads to issues with the functionality of Grow features on mobile devices. I'm able to enter my name or email in your Subscribe forms when using a mobile device, but I have to double tap them to begin typing. Disabling Fast Click should resolve this issue!

    Hi, thank you for your advice. But I still have issues. Tried different browsers and all.

    I recently changed my theme and read somewhere that I should delete and upload again Grow. Is that true? I have Journey ads and don't want to mess something.

    No, you should not delete and reinstall Grow after a theme change.

    Did you clear your site's cache and any caching plugins after disabling Fast Click? That could remove any remaining scripts impacting Grow.
