Grow Pop-Up Subscribe Form Not Working (But Spotlight Form Works)

I’m having an issue with the pop-up subscribe form on my site. It’s currently not functioning and shows a message that says “Grow plugin could not be detected.” However, the Spotlight form is working just fine, so I’m not sure what’s causing the disconnect.

I’ve double-checked my site settings and integrations, and everything seems to be in place. Could you help me troubleshoot this, or let me know what might be going wrong?

    Can you please share your domain? We aren't able to troubleshoot specific issues with script installation without the domain.

    Thanks for sharing your domain!

    It looks like you don't currently have a Default Pop Up Form designated under Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Subscribe Settings. Can you go there and choose your active “Pop Up” Subscribe form as the Default Pop Up Form?

    Once you've chosen that form as the Default Pop Up Form, it should appear on your site!
