    Can you please share your domain? We aren't able to troubleshoot specific issues with script installation without the domain.

    Thanks for sharing your domain!

    It looks like you don't currently have a Default Pop Up Form designated under Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Subscribe Settings. Can you go there and choose your active “Pop Up” Subscribe form as the Default Pop Up Form?

    Once you've chosen that form as the Default Pop Up Form, it should appear on your site!
