Cannot get my new subscribers to transfer to Kit

Hi, I'm using the Grow spotlight subscribe feature on themindfulword.org but the new subscribers are not getting added to Kit automatically. I've added the API codes and selected one of the Kit forms and sequences, but it's not working.

Hi Surfski,
It looks like you do not have Form Actions on your Subscribe form, just on Subscribe Action Pack. Every single conversion tool on your site (Subscribe forms, Subscribe Action Pack, Print Pass, etc.) needs its own Form Actions to tell Grow where to send subscribers in your Email Service Provider.
Navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Forms and clicking Manage Form to add Kit Form Actions to your Subscribe form should resolve this!

Thanks for that. I went ahead and did what you suggested.
I guess there's something I just don't get about the way Grow forms work. The forms listed on that page look totally different than the spotlight subscribe. So is the spotlight subscribe essentially the same as the default form it's just styled differently? e.g. when people sign up to it, it's as if they are signing up to the regular form?

The Subscribe > Forms page doesn't show you the actual live version of the form, if that's what your question is. Grow Publisher Portal is an administrative view allowing you to enable/disable forms and adjust their language and settings.
You're always able to click the Preview Form button on the Manage Form screen to switch between the desktop and mobile views for any Grow Subscribe form.
You can also view the different types of Grow Subscribe forms live on the Grow Demo to see how they look to readers.0
