    Hi everyone!

    The Grow Engineering Team should have resolved the issue with Terms of Service acceptance. You should now be able to load, scroll through, and accept Grow's Terms of Service!

    Hey Javed!

    Can you try accepting the Terms of Service in an incognito window or alternate browser? Some privacy settings or browser extensions (like pop up or ad blockers) can interefere with Grow Publisher Portal.

    Hi,

    Issue resolved with in the same conditions, suddenly Terms & Conditions Option Enabled and after clicking it, Terms & Conditions Saved.

    For any other publishers experiencing this issue, the Grow Engineering Team is looking into what's going on here. I'll update this post as soon as the issue is resolved.

    In the meantime, you can try logging into Grow Publisher Portal in an incognito window or on your mobile device. Sometimes it takes several minutes for the full Terms of Service text to load in the window, allowing you to scroll and click the accept button.

    Thanks, Support Team. It worked in Samsung Internet Browser app. Terms of Service has been finally loaded and I could accept it. Previously (all desktop browsers and mobile Gmail in-app browser) there was only empty space and blank screen in place where document should be displayed.
