    Hi Kimberly,

Are you running any browser or ad blockers or other security plugins in your browser? Which browser are you using and what version? Have you tried multiple devices (desktop and mobile) and what operating systems are your devices running?

    Hello,

I’m not running any Adblock extensions. Brave may qualify, but I’ve tested this across the following browsers and operating systems:

    Browsers:

Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Brave

    OS:

    Windows, Android, and IOS

The widget is active on page, I click save, a Grow popup occurs which reads “You’ve saved this post with Grow”.  I then click into bookmarks and it’s empty.

Running the latest Wordpress and latest versions on all browsers.

    Thanks, Kimberly!

It looks like your posts don't have canonical URLs and are set to noindex, both of which will prevent Grow from picking them up. When the canonical URL isn't present or doesn't match your domain, Grow will not create a post bookmark to serve in its features. It also won't create post bookmarks for pages marked noindex so pages like private resource libraries or exclusive affiliate offers won't be served to unintended audiences.

Without post bookmarks, you aren't able to save those bookmarks in Grow. This is by design. On your site, I am not being shown the save button in the Grow widget at all. You may be seeing it because of local browser caching, but it can't add bookmarks if those bookmarks cannot be created.

This article from RankMath could help you ensure your canonical URLs are present, but you'll also need to mark your posts as index to allow them to be bookmarked.

Thank you so much for looking into this and apologies. We're finishing the articles prior to indexing with Google and this makes a lot of sense.

    Thanks again.
