    Hi Linda,

    Have you checked your spam/junk folders for an email from Grow? It can sometimes land in those folders due to spam filters.

    Also, do you know the email that was used to sign up and receive Automailer emails?

    I can double-check with our Grow Engineering team and look into this. Do you have the email address that you've signed up with?

    Also, do you usually open it on the same day, every week? Automailer will adjust the send date based on when you usually open these emails. 

    I double-checked your site and was able to successfully sign up and receive a confirmation message of signing up, so it is working as intended.

    Hi Linda,

    I had our Support Engineers look into this, and they weren't able to find an ongoing issue with Automailer. They did confirm that an email should've been sent out on April 24th and are looking into this further to find any conflicts.

    Just to clarify, they mentioned an Automailer email was sent out yesterday. Were you able to successfully receive that on your end?
