can't download subscribers

I have been trying to download subscribers for 2 days. It says “we are in the process of downloading your subscribers” and says I'll get an email with the file and be able to download it in the dashboard, but the file never appears. Now it says my last download was yesterday and new subscribers are zero, but I never got the file. I have tried again asking for “all subscribers” and still nothing.

    Have you tried opening your email download link in an incognito window?
